Lucky Point, based in Botrivier runs a recycling project based on a system of points with which the children can ‘buy’ articles or activities: Lucky Points.

The Point Shop system is quite simple: the children collect glass, PET bottles, tins, paper and batteries and bring them to the Point Shop. In return they receive Lucky Points which they can redeem for goods that Lucky Point has obtained through fundraising activities – clothes, shoes, toiletries or toys, for example.

Lucky Point have exciting plans to build an Recycling station in the middle of Botrivier to make it easy for the people of the community to recycle.
